"Construction was occurring on the property which we were not previously aware of. So not all areas were accessible. It was a holiday weekend and only one person at the front desk with a long check-in line. The clerk did the best he could. However, the key didn’t work for our assigned room. Back down to the front desk, wait on the long line. The key was reactivated and we returned to the room to find it was already occupied by another guest! Guess that’s why our key didn’t initially work. Back...

Further, and importantly, I'm a sound-sensitive person and my room was quiet. For all these reasons, I would stay at this hotel again."
