"The staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful, respectful, professional. They made certain that I was comfortable. As I walk in, I got the feeling of home; fireplace on, quiet, clean, bright but not blinding. I noticed they also had an elevator. The staff was very welcoming, the process of checking in was smooth and quick. They informed me there is a pool and "Perkins" restaurant. That was the best. You didn't have to leave the building, opened until 9, homecooked meals and wide range of deserts. I could also order from my room for pick up. I was previously staying at a motel closer to HSN. Travelodge I found to be closer just a few feet to the lights to cross the road and I took the trail leading to 2 different entrances. It took me maybe 10 minutes and I walk with a limp. The only thing I wished they would have told me about a deposit I had to pay when I got there. They shouldn't assume everyone has a credit card. The rooms are clean, modern, well lit up. Included in my room was a fridge, microwave, sofa bed which was nice to sit on to watch tv instead of sitting on the bed. However I would suggest they include cleaning the coffee maker when cleaning the room. I don't have anything negative to say, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be my next stay when I go to HSN."

"Great one night stay! The receptionist was very friendly and informative! Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and looked to be recently renovated. Hotel was in a great location and nice and quiet! Would definitely stay here again when in Sudbury!"

"My husband and I stayed at the Conference Centre both on our way to Lake Superior and upon our return to Toronto. The suites were clean and the towels were crispy and fresh. What I would like to commend most is the bathroom of one of the suites. The design of the shower took into consideration of the needs of the seniors and people with disabilities."
