"Of all the Marrott and Fairfield Inns that I've visited this one by far is the worst. The bathrooms are the worst. Low water pressure, and luke warm water. The breakfast buffet horrible with cold eggs, and cold mini pancakes. The surrounding exterior swarming with roaches. The staff is courteous and helpful. Luckily there are many restaurants, and a Walmart. I was here on a work assignment for over 2 months and every room I had, had issues. Not worth the price of a stay."

"Total disappointment!!! Hotel was extremely outdated! Everything looked musty. When we arrived the first room they assigned to us smelled like pee!! And had flies everywhere!! Puerto peñasco in general is so overrated and overpriced !! We cut our trip a day short!! Do no recommend!!"

"The room was excellent. When I walked in and my wife, we were both amazed of the scenery. The view. Once we opened the curtain, the view of all the pools and the ocean. The room was excellent, super clean, it was the best day. My wife and I have in a long time and a very beautiful condominio. I will go back and try to get the same room again and again and here. Great price. Also can’t beat it."

"Couldn’t sleep at all due to paper-thin walls!! Could hear everyone slamming the doors, could hear exactly what the people next door where saying, the tv kept turning off on its own. The ac kept leaking and they didn’t have a coffee maker! Will NEVER stay here again!!"

"Rock-hard beds (mattress sitting on a built-in wood slab!) made for backaches in the morning. They were so uncomfortable that we actually left a day early! There were lipstick stains on a pillow case and another, unidentifiable stain on a sheet. The breakfast was horrible- tried one day and didn’t return. Staff were nice but with very limited English. Pool area was nice and beach access was just a short walk across the street. Very disappointing stay."

"The room was very clean. Shower was semi -clean. We didn't have hot water. The wi-fi didn't work and the TV didn't display any channels even though it was connected to the wi-fi. We definitely didn't get what we paid for. Im going to ask for a refund or partial refund because of the issues we experienced. The property was nice. Very nice pool. In house Bar was okay."
