"Got this hotel specifically for the hot tube, they didn't bother letting us know it wasn't working. The housekeeper started knocking on the door at 8 for every 30 minutes and at 10 o'clock she said she was giving us 5 minutes to be out when check out was at 11. This was a disappointing stay. "

"I would have given a 5 star but our room was the last on the hallway, right above the Trax train track which was rather loud, ending late and starting early. Not the best spot for getting a restful sleep. "

"The hotel was ok. Staff was not overly friendly or attentive but not rude. The towels were so rough it was unpleasant to use them. It is the newest hotel in Spanish fork and the price is right. It is clean and quiet. "

"As always the staff and room was great. I always stay with CB&M when i come to town. My last visit was canceled on the day i was supposed to check in due to emergency surgery, and even though i didn't pay for the insurance they still refunded my money for the stay.
