"Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!

"I had a pleasant stay at the Wekopa. The property is beautiful, well maintained and the room was spacious. The breakfast at the WKP sports bar was fantastic, they offer Starbucks coffee.most of the staff were very friendly. Nice place to stay. Only 20-25 min from the Phoenix airport. "

They proceeded to bring over security guard and humiliate me. I agreed to pay for everything I ordered, which is reasonable, but there is no way I was going to pay for a cabana that they doubled the charge after that they asked me to leave the hotel so I did not even get to finish my cabana which I paid for. "The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. "
