"This is the second time I’ve stayed at a CitizensM hotel. Always very clean, the staff is helpful, and overall, it’s a great place. The rooms are really small and compact which I already knew but when you’re staying someplace for a few days, it serves its purpose. If you have a lot of luggage and a long stay it may not be comfortable as far as spacing unless your solo.
My only issue is that three of the four days of our stay our tv didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv. They did offer to switch our rooms after resetting failed but I personally felt it was too much hassle repacking our room to go to another so we just did without. Wasn’t a deal breaker. The bar that serves food 24/7 was very convenient when you just wanted a bite to eat at a random time. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would go back."
