"It is a quirky place. Looks very plain from the front but was a lovely place to stay. Great service from arrival to departure. Food was superb. After checking out we were on our way to Sunderland when we realised we hadn't tipped the staff so, we turned back and did so. That's how good it was. Will definitely return."

"3rd time having stayed here it still doesn’t disappoint, from the staff who are all so very lovely, to the grounds, to the entrance to the rooms, my only criticism is the room we had was a bit tired but very clean, spacious and cosy we will defo be back "

"I had a very pleasant one night stay in the Osborne hotel on January 7th the check-in was very smooth and quick I was travelling alone so my room was for one person and had everything I needed for my stay. staff are very welcoming and attentive the breakfast is table service and very good.would definitely stay here again. "Room was very clean however I would say the shower I had could have done with some bleach on the sealant at the bottom as it had a little yellowing. That's very minor in the grand scheme of things as the staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was my birthday trip and they gave me a little gift and a card, it was the little things. I did had an issue with my toilet leaking which they fixed instantly. Breakfast was really good. Checkout was so easy and quick. All in all ut was lovely and I...
