If you arrive late after a flight, be prepared to wait. I had to stand outside for quite a while because no one was at the front desk. I called several times, but it seemed the calls weren't being forwarded to the staff member on duty. In the end, I had to call security just to get into the building, and it was already around 1:30 am.
