"This is a hired company, acting on someone else's behalf with zero communication. Completely stressful when it should not have been.There IS a deposit that you have to email them a picture of your credit card, ID and a selfie but the actual amount isn't listed. Even Expedia had no clue the deposit amount. The area is not a good area, actually marked as an area to avoid. But we had no issues. House was clean but trash in the front yard and back yard. Biggest issue was communication, our place...

"The house didn't feel the cleanest. My family had to reclean all the kitchenware before we used it. There was a chair being held together with a zip tie, the bunk bed held up with a piece of wood, multiple blinds were broken, the sink clogged and the counter wasn't even attached to the wall so it was moving. For just needing a place to stay it worked, but the area around is a lot of abandoned houses. It needs a lot of fixing up/retouches. "

"I dont usually use short term rentals because I am leery of being scammed, however, this was such a pleasant experience! The host was very professional and communication was prompt. The house was in a perfect location- we were in town for air force graduation. The house was very clean and perfect for 7 of us. We really enjoyed our stay."
