"Air conditioning sucks it shuts off randomly and the room isn’t even cool. Pool is next to the road that’s awful and dangerous. Staff isn’t really helpful either. Can’t even use media or mirroring on the tv"

"We had a horrible experience with the front desk staff during this stay. I booked a two queen/full-size room due to the size of our party and arrived at 8:30pm on Saturday night during the Memorial Day weekend. When I got to the front desk to check in, the agent informed me that the property was oversold on that type of room and that only rooms with king-size beds were available, I was told that there's nothing they can do.
