"This small and charming hotel sits high upon the hill, overlooking a nearby village and the Oliphant Tea Factory. It's a quiet location, with stunning rooms - which is a welcome change if you're staying mostly in guest houses or big resorts. The staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect, and the sounds and smells of nature were great - if you like the sound of birds chirping, this is a place for you. "Excellent stay, the best we had in Sri Lanka! Beautiful, modern, and well thought out villa, with tons of space. Wonderfully modern bathroom on top. Great view over the tea plantations. Staff are so friendly, brought us dinner from a restaurant and then a delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend!"

"Ein tolles Hotel mitten in der Natur! Der Service war einfach klasse. Das Team kümmerte sich hervorragend, war super hilfsbereit und erfüllte uns jeden Wunsch! Das Essen im Restaurant war Spitzenklasse. Es gab eine tolle Karte, auf der man immer etwas Neues finden konnte, auch als Vegetarier. Daher haben wir jeden Abend im Hotel gegessen, zu ganz normalen Preisen. Das Frühstück war auch lecker und abwechslungsreich. Dank Sameera (Koch) haben wir jeden Tag vorzüglich gespeist.

"A beautiful property nestled in the jungle. The views were amazing and the sounds of the rushing river were super relaxing. The rooms were big and airy. There is no air conditioning but some ceiling fans that do the job perfectly (we were never too hot at night) - the pool with the river view in room 10 was spectacular.
