"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful .
Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater .
Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side.

The house is fantastic, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious, with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were excellent and fully stocked, which made the stay really comfortable and hassle-free. "Ten out of ten for an amazing stay! We were two couples with eight kids and we had an awesome time! Beautiful cottage, spacious and clean. The hot tub was amazing and the house is totally secluded from any other property which was a big plus for us adding to a real holiday feel! Thank you Jane for a beautiful time had by all!"
