"Room had blanket with cigarette burn holes, saw 1 live roach, had to ask for toilet paper/towels. Toilet seat was not attached, a/c unit had no cover, shower leaked and shower curtain being held up by zip ties. TV didn’t work, refrigerator had mold….."

"The room was clean and the water was hot. The area was terribly sketchy! There were lots of homeless people with their carts scattered around, the staff at the front desk would NOT answer the phone, and the evening front desk attendant couldn’t have acted less interested in my questions if she tried. Beds are firm. Pillows are flat. On the plus side, there were no bugs. Stay at your own risk."

"Susan & Danny at the front desk were incredibly rude and not helpful at all. The room smelled like urine and they offered no assistance, only said “don’t know what to tell you”. A room change was never offered and they wouldn’t send the cleaning lady to my room. Stay away from this place they’re running a scam."

"This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen, and I couldn’t even stay there it was so filthy and run down and it looked like a den of drug dealers and prostitutes and did not feel safe at all, so I left very shortly after arriving. I definitely could not have slept there. I later learned that it had gotten the very worst reviews on Google. So I learned a hard lesson to always check reviews before booking a hotel. I use Expedia all the time and this is the only bad hotel I ever booked with Expedia but as some of the Google reviews also mentioned this is way below the standards of Expedia which normally only books people with nice hotels. As some of the other reviewers also pointed out, this hotel needs to be shut down by the city of Tulsa. It needs to be condemned. The only thing it could be useful for would be for filming a horror movie. "

"It was fine I stained the tub with hair dye buy the bathroom was small didn’t have towels had to ask which I was told about the soaps looked refilled and than the bedding was freezing no heavy blanket there was mold by the bed and breakfast was wired and no hair dryer "

"There were HUGE piles of broken furniture outside. The TV was broken, my wife's bed had 2 box springs, and no mattress (I asked them to bring her a mattress 3 separate times!) The AC was very temperamental, shower was leaking, bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close properly, and the staff was very rude! The only good thing I can say about this place is that it was cheap! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL!"
