"Nice family stay"

"The staff was very attentive to all our needs. Sometimes hotels dont know if there is an issue if a guest does not report it and then an unfair review is given. We had an issue in the room with the ac unit and they fixed it immediately (it was a matter of replacing the batteries in the thermostat), and a door issue- These things happen! The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable-we had a king size; breakfast was good and the oatmeal toppings bar was a great touch. There isnt a waffle iron but they did have eggos in wrappers if one wanted that. We used the work out room and it was sufficient for what we wanted- we used the elliptical and the free weights as well as the fitness ball. We were there for a week and we loved it - we would stay here again "

"There was a spot in the floor of our room that was wet and the whole room smelled of beer & cigarettes. "

"The room had bedbugs and I was told I would receive a refund after 48hrs and then never received it. Oh and they attempted to relocate me into another room and the window was entirely gone while the board filling the hole where the window was seemed to have bullet holes in it. "

"The hair dryer in my room did not work, after complaining no one fixed it or let me use a different hair dryer. There was some kind of red sauce or blood on the ceiling in my room. I showed the front desk person, but nothing was done about it. There were little bugs crawling on the floor in my room. The carpets were dirty and looked like they weren’t vacuumed often. The day shift front desk person seemed overwhelmed but the night front desk people were nice and friendly. "

"Terrible lack of cleaning, specially the bathroom. Mildew/mold on pillows. Also noisy due to gas station next to the location. "
