"Easy, simple, no frills room"

"Well located if you have an early flight out of North Term. If you fly from South Term then you can get the transit but I’d probably stay South as there are more facilities landside. Room was clean but it was really hot. Bed was ok but the pillows were thin, soft and pointless. Very quiet room, good shower. Breakfast is complementary and pretty decent"

"Very efficient comfortable and reasonably priced airport hotel. Excellent shuttle system."

"Buena comida"

"Overall, our two-night stay was very good. Staff were pleasant and general upkeep of property is good. The bathroom could use a bit more detailed cleaning, as there were very unsightly spots of grout stains and mold in the shower area. Would stay at this property again as it is quite conveniently located within walking distance of Gatwick South Terminal."

"Lovely hotel, modern throughout, and incredibly comfortable beds. Super convenient location very close to Gatwick Airport. We received a discount voucher upon check-in for food and drink, which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and checking out was a breeze."

"Convenient"

"Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Breakfast was fantastic easy parking, and great facilities with comfortable rooms and good WIFI, would return in the future"

"Sehr saubere Zimmer, hilfsbereites Personal in allen Lagen. Das Zimmer war Ende Oktober nicht gut temperiert für meine Frau zu kühl. Der Ort hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht für eine Durchreise. Die Küche und das Personal fantastisch. Werden nächstes Jahr beim nächsten Besuch nach England das White Horse weiterhin besuchen."

"Great location right near the Gatwick airport! Lovely staff and in a good area."

"Lovely quiet site. Outstanding staff at front desk reception and especially in the dining room."

"Great value. I added breakfast which was lovely."

"The room and hallways/landing were outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Mattress was poor - worthy of a skip. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly this was a DELUXE double!!! If it wasn’t for the fact we were due at a party in Dorking that evening and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 6.30pm, we would have insisted on either another room or ideally our money back and moved to another hotel."
