"A very spacious unit. Feels like it was originally a small condo unit (including an around the corner balcony and a small hallway). Nice kitchen area with appropriate kitchenware. Also liked the ensuite washing machine for laundry with racks in the shower room for air drying. "Really great experience and property. Very friendly staff and the room was huge but we did book the grand room. Location was excellent with two stations nearby that can take you to Dotonbori or Shinsaibashi as well as others of course. Will definitely stay here again if i come back to Osaka."

"I stayed in room for 4 people, 2 twin beds and 2 futon beds. Room is spacious for japanese standard and beautifully decorated. Convenience store just next to the hotel building. Walkable distance to popular Gion, Kiyomizu dera and Kodaiji temple. Everything is excellent. Thank you Minn Gion."

"It was a brand new hotel so everything was new. Nice appliances and fixtures. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has free shuttle bus to tourist attractions which saved us time and money. Also very good location for many conveniences. Only issue was that we stayed for 5 nights and room didn't get cleaned as scheduled. "

"The staff were extremely helpful, storing luggage, arranging luggage transfers and offering use of their phone for a local call. Kids loved the bunk-beds and it was definitely handy having an in-room washer-dryer. The room was comfortable for a family of 4 but we were disappointed at there being no good views as the hotel is only a few stories high, in a quieter street. I had high expectations due to the Mimaru brand having great reviews especially for families, and while it ticked all the boxes...
