"The 6th floor reeked of stale ash trays, and my “nonsmoking” room still smelled and had cigarette burns in the headboard. No stopper in the sink. The crappy coffeemaker wouldn’t turn on but leaked water. The replacement managed only 1/2 cup and would not empty the reservoir. When I asked where the “included” breakfast was served I was ushered to a table with a thermos of warm coffee and Hostess snack cakes. "Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "

"The room was fairly clean. Stairways reaked of marijuana, puke outside the entrance, entrance way needed to be vacuumed, pooped all over the grass from the dogs. Unfortunately, they don’t provide coffee in the rooms or hair dryers. Again, the room was clean and the hallway was quiet. "

"Cleaning staff was very nice and did a great job, room temp was well controlled with the wall control. Laundry room worked well. My only complaint was on their downstairs patio people were blazing blunts all the time. I am ok with that but the amount of weed on the patio was amazing. You couldn’t go outside without being blasted with it"

"Parking is tough in the area. The garage we were instructed to use closes at 6:30 and there’s not always street parking. Room was pretty clean, but reeked of cigarettes. In room coffee maker didn’t work. Tv remote barely worked. Stopped by the gym in the basement and all lights were out and keycard reader didn’t work. No one at the front desk at the time to help me.
