"This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and a lot of that was due to the incredible staff, who were all so unbelievably kind and professional, and committed to making your stay so special. The service was unmatched. As for the hotel itself, everything is so thoughtfully curated and as classy as it is cozy. Everywhere you look is something beautiful. Our room was something out of a storybook, super clean, really comfortable bed, nice shower. Could not recommend this place more....

"The staff were very welcoming and efficient and made checking in a breeze. We arrived early and just walked around Brussels while they stored our bags. We got an oleander arise when our room was ready 3 hours early. Room was fantastic and the breakfest in the morning was the perfect way to grab some food before getting the train. "I loved my stay at ibis hotel! The location is so convenient and such a lively atmosphere to be in. As soon as you walk out there is so much going on and everything is such a short walk away! Grand Place and the airport is close by, as well as restaurants, shopping, and museums! I did not have to take any transit for the majority of my trip! "I got stuck in the elevator for 50 minutes. They were to slow to respond to Most things but were very quick when I was stuck in the elevator and were very nice. They gave me a 20% discount for the night. My toilet also did not flush. Room didn’t look like photo online and there was some confusion about the laundry detergent for the washer. Was very nice having laundry on site but dryers did not work well."
