"No air conditioning. Convenient location across from Caen station, but lots of loitering and noise. No staff on site after 11pm, which really makes you wonder about safety and support. Not ideal if you’re looking for a comfortable or reassuring stay."

"A éviter ou même fuir la chambre n° 11, celle qui est mansardée, c'est une honte pour cet hôtel, chambre très sombre sous les combles sans climatisation avec des poutres partout dans la chambre et une salle de bain horrible, indigne de cet hôtel. Le personnel est dans l'ensemble sympa sauf une jeune fille brune qui sans fout royalement de vos conditions d'hébergement. Par contre une femme aux cheveux blonds est super sympa et elle a réussi à nous changer de chambre."

"Super clean, super fun. They accept (Amex) american express which is huge! Rooms dreadfully hot; industrial fans in the rooms would be ideal instead of the smaller ones. All A+"

"Nice property. This old building is a reasonable walking distance to the downtown and the burger place right beside it is 10/10! The four person room was great as the two twin beds are upstairs in a loft area. The kids got their own space to spread out. The beds are hard, but clean. Bathroom was a good size and as expected. Obviously, no AC but they provided fans on each level."

"Avoid this hotel. Terrible experience which resulted in me refusing to stay and request a refund. Upon check-in, I was issued with a key and directed to a room that was already occupied by another guest. This was both embarrassing and concerning, as it represented a clear breach of guest privacy and security. What is particularly alarming is that after reporting this issue to reception, I was allocated a second room, only to discover that this room was also already occupied by another guest....

"Small rooms…little room for two suitcases. Basic but adequate breakfast. Easy location…easier to drive to town center. Good for night before WWII beaches. AC not very strong. Noise could be heard from outside hotel (guests watch TV, horses at vet clinic) and inside (kids on a field trip enjoying the next room over!) Adequate, but nothing special."

"Lit confortable, linge propre, service et personnel au top. Par contre on a pas fait attention à la réservation il n'y pas de climatisation dans tout l'hôtel. pensez à prendre un petit ventilateur avec vous. J'y étais avec mon enfant on a un peu souffert avec cette période de canicule."
