"Breakfast finishes very early. Couldn’t connect TV to my phone to watch my channels. Bar was closed on several nights. The staff was very nice and accommodating . The room was clean every afternoon. Overall, its good but they could improve the entertainment, the restaurant and the bar service"

"The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful albeit a limited menu. The only complaint I had is that the lobby had an overwhelming scent like bad perfume that even wafted into the restaurant. It was truly nauseating. They need to ditch the scent. "

"All of the staff at this property were absolutely fantastic. They recommended places to eat, things to see, whilst also quickly resolving an issue we had with our safe in the room . I believe we had the best onion soup in Paris......it definitely was great, if not the best. The beds were super comfy and I haven't slept that well for a long time. The room was sizeable for Paris and we didn't hear any maintenance work at all."

"The owner was very warm and welcoming. Check in process was very relaxed, easy and informative. Clean rooms, very comfortable bedding and clean linen. The small apartment was well furnished, making excellent use of space. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils, china and condiments. Complementary drinks and snacks in the fridge was a pleasant surprise."

"A great location with easy walk from Gare du Nord, close to some lovely restaurants and places for a wine/cheese. The rooms with a view of Tour Eiffel were a nice touch and enjoyable to sit on the balcony with a beer to take in the sights. Small touches like a fridge in the room that was stocked with some soft drinks was an added bonus, as was the snack bar downstairs. Would definitely recommend for others and gladly return to this or one of the hotels in the same group if they offer similar...

"I would definitely stay here again. Walking distance from Gare du Nord. Room slightly smaller than expected but beautifully decorated, great toiletries, spectacularly clean, and sufficient. The staff were the highlight for me - absolutely exceptional. I had a panic on the day I was leaving, thinking I had lost something precious, and they were SO unbelievably kind and helpful - special shout-out to Aida and Adnan for doing their absolute best to help me - knowledgeable, super friendly,...
