"Property was clean. Beds were worn a bit. Staff was not happy at all!"

"The staff here is friendly and accommodating. The Indian food restaurant on site is excellent, not to mention convenient after a long day of traveling and not wanting to leave or wait on a delivery. Did not try the other restaurant/bar on site, and the pool is not open yet, but we were very satisfied with everything during our visit"

"Beds are just OK, not real comfy and bedding mediocre and worn. Breakfast is OK for thosenot looning after their health. But having a young child on an upper floor makes the galloping heard on the whole floor below all night and all morning until the kid wears off his sugar high... dont understand why a hotel doesthis to their cudtomers. "No spa. Truck noise all day and night. Could not sleep. Checked out 2 days early."

"Great stay for the price. My wife and I were there visiting my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. We stayed in a suite-type room where there was plenty of room and space to breath. Our room was clean and well supplied with necessities to make our stay comfortable as we were there for about 4 days total. Our hotel manager, Benny Patel, was always accommodating and prompt to meet our requests and needs. We have stayed on 3 occasions as this hotel is exceptionally and well managed by Benny."

"This hotel naturally caters to oil field workers- men who may not notice bad housekeeping. Staff, checking in and needing to borrow a bottle opener and needing change was helpful. Oily fingerprints around door jams, Urine around toilet base, even a nicotine pouch stuck to a wall in plain sight. Come on Baymont- do better"

"Upon arrival, it took a while to get checked in. Attendant was cleaning rooms and completing front desk tasks. We had to locate her to check in. The first room we got smelled, had pepperonis and a contact on floor. A soccer ball by the chair and bathtub was dirty. Clearly, it had not been successfully cleaned. We asked for a different room, and the room smelled, lights didn't work in entry and by beds, tub stained, but it was a little cleaner than first one. Front desk clerk/room attendant...

"My room was not clean and you could tell the sheets were not changed from the previous guest. There was also goldfish and other crackers on the floor. The beds were not comfortable on one of the “queen” beds the mattress was hard and you could feel springs. The other queen bed was comfortable according to my son. I did sit in it and it felt much better than mine. Overall disappointing visit and I will not choose to stay there again."
