"Room clean and bed comfy. Standard room but all good. Towel rail fell off and shower a bit fiddly, but not a major problem. Staff great, breakfast excellent, and lovely bar area."

"The booking details shown in the Hotels.com app and in the confirmation email were not so clear. They did not mention or remind me that I had to pay at the hotel. I thought I had already paid online by debit card. At the counter, I had to check my bank account again to make sure there was no duplicate payment before I paid.
The room, towels, and bedding were average; just a few hairs and specks were found.
Breakfast was as good as expected."
