"We really liked our stay at Garden South Park Inn (both times!) We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our first stay had us in a room with a queen bed (very comfortable), flat screen TV, A/C, dresser and small fridge. All public areas were spotlessly clean. They served a very good continental breakfast each day and the coffee was excellent. On site parking is limited but we were able to park on site. There is street parking close by. "The front door was locked when we arrived at check in time but it was opened immediately by a woman who we believe is the owner. Check in was very quick. She escorted us through the main lobby and a common room which were beautifully decorated in the Victorian style and she pointed out the then-closed room where the included continental breakfast would be served in the morning. "The hot tub was lovely. There was no continental breakfast out like they said in the description. The AC did not work in our room so it was quite hot. Also based on the layout of the house all the light from the kitchen poured into our room at night even with the blinds down. We were able to shut off the kitchen light but other guests kept turning it back on."
