"The Inn is very charming however the area is not the best. I would say that Ottawa was disappointing bc of a lot of of homeless and drugs. I had to explain to my 11 years’ old son the situation when walking back and forth to the Inn. Obviously it’s not the owner’s fault. I didn’t address it with the owners, but the fridge was making tons of noises so I had to unplug to sleep… It was very dirty under the desk with lots of dirt and dust. "Overall, the hotel was okay, with very good food and friendly service. However, the room had a few issues, as the shower head was confusing to operate and the toilet would make a constant hissing noise after flushing. When we first entered, the room also felt a bit dull, and the AC was turned up too high, making it feel like a freezer. Other than these issues, we had a decent experience with the hotel."
