"Room was just ok. Hotel is in rough condition. Rooms are oddly laid out. TV channels didn’t work. No nightstands or phone in room. Breakfast was meh and very basic. Definitely get what you pay for here "

"Check in was easy. I wish I had known there was no AC before booking the room but the front desk did swap me for a room with a balcony so I could open the door and get some cool air. This hotel is an excellent location, next door to the Bird Kingdom and a short walk to the falls. Staff was excellent. I did not have breakfast to comment. Pool and hot tub seemed nice but was a bit crowded so I skipped it this time."

"Room we were given had loud noise from the roof over the lower level, right outside of our window - day and night. Many industrial exhaust fans. Choose a falls view to get away from that. Rooms renovated and very sleek. Hot tub had next to no pressure in the jets. Thought it was broken so called to have it fixed. They came and said, that’s all it does. Very attentive staff."

"Staff were very accommodating but unfortunately the elevator was partly broken and only 1 so everything needed to be carried up the stairs, staff did offer extra help and support with this but it still caused a big mess in the lobby. Second the hotel shuts off the ac fully during the “colder” months but it’s super stuffy inside the rooms because of this. Needs to have better air flow. Staff offered fans but it was still hot we left our room door open as much as possible when we were in our...

"My 10-year-old child was going down the water slide with his father, but for some reason the tube flipped over. His father immediately held onto him, but he still injured his lip and it was bleeding. He also hurt his back from the impact."
