When paying $300+ a night I expected more, along with the fact my room was not made up or refreshed for the entire stay! Simply unacceptable. "Fan blew cold air just about all the time (regardless of thermostat setting), making the desk unusable and the rest of the room uncomfortable. Called the front desk for help. but the man who came had no practical idea how to manage the controls. Eventually he told us to turn the entire system off. Not ideal. "Minimal extras. Toilet very low (I’m 6’2” and 80+ years old)—made sitting/standing a bit difficult. Breakfast OK but not memorable. Lovely view from room overlooking river. Enjoyed sitting outside after breakfast close to the dock. Would stay there again."

"Very clean, staff very nice and helpfull , continental breakfast is repetitive when staying a week, but free and complete enough. pet friendly, no carpet. Warning if using 3rd party to book and require travelling within city limit rate; The average may be gtg, but rate changes nightly and some may end up over the rate without being detailed in the booking. you may exceed some nights so check it out nightly to make sure."
