"Receptionist was very cold and border line unfriendly. hotel room was nice but it seems that is not vacumed or swept on regular basis. lots of hair and big dust bunnies all over the floor"

"Personalmente fue una muy mala experiencia ya que ni siquiera pude encontrar ni entrar en mi habitación, en las especificaciones dice que cuentan con transporte hacia y desde el aeropuerto, cuando les pregunté sobre eso me dijeron que no contaban con el transporte, después fui al día siguiente por la mañana (la noche que llegué tuve que rentar una habitación de hotel en otro lado) no recibí respuesta hasta horas después de haber pagado todas las noches de estadía en otro hotel, quise hacer...

"Close to chinook mall"

"Not a big room by any means, but it was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable. We would have liked an ice machine available, but made do without. Loved that the Wild Rose Brewery & Taproom is a 10 minute walk away. We didn't try the onsite restaurant, as we were in the mood for something less frilly. Really enjoyed walking the halls, checking out the photos of Calgary's past. All in all, a lovely spot."

"The room smelled of pet urine and the host never communicated with me to allow me access to the unit. I didn't obtain access to the unit until 8:45pm on the date of check in when I was there at 3:30 for checkin. The business has failed to make this right not have they refunded my deposit."

"The customer service here is truly amazing very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. On top of that, the neighborhood is calm and peaceful, which makes the whole experience even better."

"Our room was so dirty we checked out after 10 minutes. There was cobwebs, blood on the heater, one beds sheets were stained yellow, bathrooms were dirty l. Front desk lady was nice but no refund offered. We were very disappointed but thankfully found a cleaner hotel to stay in down the road."
