"Stayed at Buffalo Mtn Lodge in April 2026, upon arrival we received an upgraded room. The room was so beautiful and clean, beautiful patio facing the trees and mountains. Wood fireplace was easy to operate. Bathtub Hot tub was great, we were able to get a late check out to enjoy it in the morning. Would definitely stay here again! "

We had a small issue with the flute on our fireplace not closing, they were quick to fix it, and even sent over some treats as a little sorry for the inconvenience. The property and hot tub were clean and everyone was very friendly. I was only in town for one night looking at accommodations and reception venues for my wedding next year. And will definitely be suggesting hidden ridge as an option to my guests."

"The hotel rooms were pretty clean but the property itself is a little dated. What was the most disappointing was the pool experience. The water was ice cold! We booked this hotel so that our family could enjoy the pool area for the day but we couldn’t even get in. We watched dozens of people take at least 5-10 mins just to get into the pool.
