+Beds and linens are excellent. Pillows are great. Spacious rooms. Location is unbeatable. Staff are great. L1 and L2 lounges are nice. -Can be loud in the room at night. Only 2 elevators can lead to wait times. No stairs. The hotel room key app is buggy.

Was told we could have shuttle at 3:15 only to find out at 3am they only go on half hour. Then it did not arrive until 3:45am.
