"We had a wonderful two-night stay while attending a wedding. The staff was outstanding—so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The playground was a wonderful bonus for my little granddaughter, and the staff went above and beyond to make her weekend extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!"

"Excellent location, right on the main street in Banff. Local tour companies make pick-ups here for Lake Millewanka, Sundog tours to the Coloumbia Icefield/Icefields parkway etc. The bus to the Banff Gondola stops close by too. I was able to leave my luggage (as I arrived early in the morning) and explore Banff. There are restaurants/cafes on site but I didn't use these. Rooms themselves were a bit dated and some simply re-arranging could improve them. Communal areas were much nicer. All staff were very helpful and one even gave me some local recommendations of what to do in Banff."

"An exceptional stay! The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hot tub area was a fantastic bonus to unwind after a busy day, and having laundry facilities available made everything so much more convenient. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning!"
