"The property was very clean, it provided everything needed. However I did not receive the email for the check-in. I had to leave several messages to reach the property management office before receiving the email. The tv did not work, we were told someone came to the condo and fixed it but it still was not working. We were then told that they would send an email on how to work the television but never received anything . Excellent location, a short drive to Banff."

"He photos are misleading - one feels they are renting a beautiful retreat. It isn’t. The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs. The interior was filled with flies - they keep landing on our heads and food. The owner’s acknowledged...

"This is a good property to stay at on Canmore that's a decent value. You check in online and they give you a code for my keypad, which I think is a good idea. You basically don't interact with any staff there, although there's one person at the front all the time. I never interacted with the front desk person, but I didn't have a need to.
