Great location, everything was clean, and the rooms were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area is really nice as well. When the hotel is busier, there might be a little too little space around the pool for sun loungers, but overall we had a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend!

This may be one of my new favourite hotels. The staff was incredibly friendly, even gave me a bottle of wine as I was there for a business trip, treating some of my team. The pool was my favourite aspect, it’s absolutely beautiful, so relaxing with amazing views and natural light. I loved the attention to detail in every corner of our room, and the location couldn’t be better, truly. Can’t wait to come back.

We spent one night here for our anniversary, and everything exceeded our expectations! The facilities were outstanding, the staff was friendly and the entire experience was first-class! One of the highlights of our stay was when the owner came over to introduce himself while we were at the pool. We had a wonderful conversation, and it was clear how much pride he takes in this amazing property and the guest experience. We can't wait to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This property has been updated to provide guests with a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious. The amenities are wonderful. The bathrobe and slippers in the room are better than the Banff Fairmont (we experienced both). The new NORA spa is outstanding, but the steam room was not working when we were there. Everything else was terrific, though. We enjoyed this property, and the coffee shop in the lobby was a convenient bonus.
