"Property was under renovation which is great but the overwhelming smell of paint and random fire alarms were not. Staff was extremely professional and knew how to act during emergency situations. Room was very clean, pool was excellent aside from the male dressing room smelling like feet. Breakfast was exceptionally well done and the restaurant staff were awesome! We will return to this property again. Pricing seemed a bit high due to the ongoing renovations, but that’s Canmore and Banff. The train is a bit of a nuisance but if you can reserve an even numbered room, it shouldn’t be a problem. "

"It was fantastic. I loved the place and walked distance to downtown. Parking area inside the hotel..the pool is very awesome nice view. No microwave available. Food hotel a little bit pricey but so good."

"The hotel room was very clean, spacious, and cozy. Unfortunately the bed was extremely stiff and uncomfortable. The heated pool outside was more luke-warm. The hot tubs were pretty small and consistently packed. Thin walls, we were watching tv on volume 14 and got a noise complaint. Overall a really nice hotel and staff! "

"Overall, a decent no frills hotel stay for a quick overnight. Check in staff were super friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfy enough. Bathroom needed some substantial repairs though and the property is definitely showing its age. They do have a nice playground for kids in the center yard area and are pet friendly."
