"Expedia price and property site did not add up, we ended up paying more somehow. The cabins are very dated but we could see the property managers working heard to do upgrades. I slept on the couch. The shower was a stand up, it was very small. For me the value did not equal the experience but it is location, location, location. Banff and Canmore are not my favorite Alberta destinations."

"The tipi was great! Lots of room and the heater made it cozy and warm. The grounds are fantastic! So many little paths to wander and the river is beautiful. Great access to hiking trails and very close to Kananaskis Village. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"staff maya was not good , not helpful --- I stayed 15th to 19th june i requested her 2 nights AC was not working in Masters bedroom she did not address proper way to management or superwiser they have alternate day cleaning service did not clean my room. or bathroom everyday i have to ask for new towels they ruined my experience with stone bridge & i spent lot of money sorry -- never go in future"

"We were very happy with the cleanliness of the room we were assigned. The television is very difficult to operate. The night staff lady came to make the tv to work. As soon as we changed to a different channel we ended up with the same problem. You have to be a certified techy to make any headway to watch some television. \The staff was great during registration. Don't know of any kitchen on the premises . Parking is extremely difficult on this property. They are really skimping on land for the...

"Hotel was alright, slightly outdated. We were given keys for our room as well as the patio door. The key for the patio door did not work. The lock for our door also did not work. The staff were lovely. Hotel was in an inconvenient location - far out of town. During our stay, there was construction being done right next door and we received a notice that construction would go until 2am. Water pressure in the shower was okay."
