"Restaurant quit serving food at 9 pm. We checked in at 10 pm. The hallways echo profoundly. One woman was speaking on her cellphone at 8:00 am. You could hear her clearly. Real echo chamber. The room doors slammed shut and echoed down the hallway. Didn't sleep very well at all. "

"Property was clean and tidy. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There was no laundry area you has to go to laundromat in town. I would expect a place of their size to have a laundry so guests can launder clothes."

"Bathroom fan was not working properly. I guaranteed my room with credit card and hotel charged my credit card at 7 am on my arrival date, even before I checked in. Breakfast not the best. "

"Very nice room we had the suite with the kitchen and separate bedroom. We had no issues, very well maintained and way to get to. The hot tub was nice after a long day out. Close to local restaurants within walking distance and the free bus stop was in front of the property."

"I rarely write reviews, but we just stayed 5 nights here and I wanted to love it so much more than I did. Our housekeeping was so inconsistent. They came every day, but there was always things missed. If they refreshed our towels then the beds were left unmade. If the beds were made then we were left with zero towels. If the beds and towels were done, then the full garbage cans weren’t emptied. The common areas in the hotel were beautiful, but the rooms are very basic. Kind of feel like cheap...

"Fantastic location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Only suggestion is to swap the bodum coffee press with a regular coffee maker. With only small sinks to get water from it was a miserable mess. Loved too that someone had set up a telescope for guests to see an owls nest (with two adorable owlets and two protective parents). Amazing to see! For our next visit to Banff, we'll be back at the Juniper for sure."

"Comfy and clean, could use some finer detail cleaning, but it was a great place to stay for the night. Kids get a kick out of how the water comes from the ceiling to fill the bath tub up!"

"We had a lovely time celebrating our 5 year anniversary. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and even though the parkade was under repair there was a great arrangement in place for us to be shuttled to the parking lot a short distance away...though we mainly walked the 5 minutes instead since weather was so good."
