"It was a very poor experience. The entire time we were there the hot tub didn’t work, and the staff kept making up excuses… “it was just cleaned” “we just added water to it”. I finally got the truth from a staff member on the last day.. the pump was broken. The room we were put in had no windows to the outside, and no fresh air. The room was damp and mildewy. I had to empty their make-shift condensate bucket from the ductless split head myself, but not before it spilled water all over the carpet. The hot water didn’t work unless we ran the taps for 15 minutes before we wanted to have a shower. Very upsetting. I would have asked for a refund or discount, but because I paid through Expedia that was not an option."

"Everything was great...but...when we decided to call it a night and wanted to watch a bit of TV you scored a big zero. Most hotels have minimum TV selection...but they do give access to a streaming service like Netflix. This hotel did not give us the option. We had to watch the minimum selection. They would have received a perfect score otherwise. Thank you."

"Absolutely the worst room possible- above the pub. But what they don’t tell you online is that it’s an outdoor patio with the music speakers directly under your window. They treat Expedia bookings like second class citizens. They actually told me I should have booked on THEIR website and asked for a premium room. Don’t stay here."
