"Everything was great...but...when we decided to call it a night and wanted to watch a bit of TV you scored a big zero. Most hotels have minimum TV selection...but they do give access to a streaming service like Netflix. This hotel did not give us the option. We had to watch the minimum selection. They would have received a perfect score otherwise. Thank you."

"Rooms were clean, extremely well lit, albeit lacking somewhat for coat hangers, just a couple of hooks and a small chest of drawers. Room small, bed good, bathroom huge and very clean. Easy to check in and out. Coffee machine needed engineering degree but worked fine. Parking plentiful and easy"

"We were visiting relatives in Nelson. The rest of our party was at the camp ground, so the fact that the resort was close by was great as was the kitchen when it was our turn to cook. The staff my wife dealt with were super helpful and the cost was quite a bit less than other less convenient options in town."

I finally got the truth from a staff member on the last day.. the pump was broken. The room we were put in had no windows to the outside, and no fresh air. The room was damp and mildewy. I had to empty their make-shift condensate bucket from the ductless split head myself, but not before it spilled water all over the...
