"Great location and outdoor activities"

"Check in was easy, however our room smelled terrible and the bed and pillows smelled of the previous guests. The pillows overwhelming smell of body odor was so bad we had to put them outside during the night. The quilt smelled and the smell was so intense it would wake us up. We were unable to do anything about because we went to bed late that night. They came and did a room “re-cleaning” but I am at this point doubting it was even cleaned the first day. We literally slept in someone else’s...

"The studio unit does have a smoke detector. Private stall parking to own unit is great. Easy to navigate in and out of vehicle and building. Parking at the office to check in and out can be a challenge due to limited space and parking on an angled hill. Not easy to navigate with physical limitations. Staff were all pleasant. Fireplace is a bonus."

"Great place to stay :). Friendly clean and always accommodating :)"

"The best thing about Smith Rock Chalets is the view. To begin, the road in is over a mile (2.2km) of rough gravel. The shower has slightly warm water, at best. The wood kitchen chairs are uncomfortable, and the couch (hide-a-bed) in the loft (TV room) is equally uncomfortable. The bed was fairly soft but not too bad to sleep on. The weather wasn’t great while I was there so we didn’t use the pool or hot tub so can’t comment. I could not recommend the place."
