Não há secador de cabelo no quarto

Razoável. Cama confortável e ótimo café da manhã, mas o banheiro é apertado e o chuveiro não esquenta muito. Mas o pior foi que no ato da reserva falava que tinha secador de cabelo e não levei o meu, porém, para usar no hotel precisava pegar na recepção e devolver em até 2h, o que fica muito desconfortável levando em consideração que eu cheguei meia noite e exausta todos os dias e ainda precisaria descer para devolver o secador de cabelo na recepção.

Localização próxima a rodovia, atendendo bem a quem está em rota de viagem. Hotel bastante novo, instalações e espaços bem projetados. Recepção ainda precisa evoluir em treinamento e treinador.

A estadia foi bem tranquila, como sempre. Otima equipe de funcionários e tambem otima qualidade do hotel. Dessa vez teve dois pontos negativos, o secador de cabelo do banheiro estava quebrado e o principal, o sabonete liquido do banheiro estava com um cheiro extremamente ruim, sendo impossível de usar. Mas como positivo, indo à recepção fui muito bem atendido, me deram a possibilidade de mudar de quarto ou de trocar o sabonete e receber um secador de cabelo. Optando pela troca dos itens, me forneceram um secador melhor e a troca do sabonete. Entao fica como positivo a equipe de funcionários. De resto tudo positivo demais, limpeza, organização, acomodação, cafe da manha.

Hotel incrível demais

Hotel excelente. Atendimento, hospitalidade, ambientes, o quarto, tudo muito bom. Possui estacionamento com abertura 24hrs. Elevadores com medida de segurança. Quarto muito limpo e arrumado, wifi bom, banheiros muito bons e limpos. Café da manhã bom demais, com uma variedade de alimentos. Minha estadia foi nota 100. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Desastroso atendimento

Inacreditável o atendimento em minha chegada, horrivel e desastroso. Cheguei ao hotel por volta de 18h para realizar o checkin, com muita pressa pois tinha compromissos agendados, quando a recepcao ao realizar o checkin mencionou que estavam sem toalhas. Como assim sem toalhas?! isso mesmo. Devido a um grupo (uma banda hospedada) as toalhas tinham acabado e tinham que esperar chegar da lavanderia que era em outra cidade, isso mesmo, outra cidade. Isso tudo mencionado pelos atendentes. Ainda me perguntaram se eu queria me hospedar. Alem de quererem me deixar sem toalhas de banho, queriam me deixar sem lugar pra ficar tambem. Desastroso!! Após alguns minutos pegaram toalhas em outros quartos e me entregaram. Nao apenas isso, quando entro no quarto, a cama estava sem roupa de cama, lençol, fronha dos travesseiros e cobertores. Mais uma vez tive que ir ate a recepção para providenciarem. O que me atrasou em todos meu compromissos. Muito decepcionado com o atendimento. Espero que a franquia tome as devidas providencias. Desastroso! Estrutura nova, porém equipe e logística horríveis!
