For the price it was a clean, quiet and safe place to stay. The pool and hot tub were great. Very nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. The tv was pretty small. The air conditioning was very weak. The second floor room had ants.

Great service at check in by Mia. While next morning front desk was not. When I mentioned of smell from bed sheet, she mentions what you expect from low cost hotel. That was turn off. Other than that it was a great stay to come back. Ameties like lotion botttle will help after shower.

The staff was very courageous, knowledgeable, and professional. The facility may be older, but the room was spacious and clean. Affordable. We forgot one clothing in the room, and the staff notified me in a timely manner, and my self-stamped envelope was mailed back to me with my forgotten clothes immediately. Great email communication to update me with shipping status. Very happy with the stay and service.

First of all,it is a little dated, but it was an excellent room, excellent pool, price was very reasonable. The employee greeting me at check in,Miss Mia (Yes ma'am) was very welcoming, and a joy to meet, she made a long drive in traffic and such, well worth the effort. If I am ever in the Novato area again,I hope to stay here. The desk clerk at evening time,I did not get her name, but she was a blond woman, she was also very courteous, and friendly. For the price,I paid for the weekend,it was well worth it.

Really good value. Comfy bed, fast wifi, good hot shower, working AC, coffee + refrigerator + microwave in the room. It's not too loud considering how close it is to highway 101. Occasionally heard the SMART train go by but it never woke me up. Simple breakfast of cereal, muffins, and coffee, but as the least expensive hotel option in Marin County it's very good value for what you pay. A little rough around the edges with some paint pealing off in the bathroom but all good.

The staff were all incredibly nice, cheerful and all around helpful. If it wasn't for them, I'd leave an even worse review, maybe...2 stars? Simply, it's a motel next to a train track. The WiFi is unsecured, but at least it was 50mbps+. The accomidations were just run down. I wouldn't say unclean...it's just permanent stains won't disappear no matter how hard one tries. There comes a time when it's appropriate to replace the carpet and furniture. It's been time here for years.
