"Les informations indiqués sur le descriptif des prestations indiqués une piscine mais celle ci n est pas incluse dans le prix de la nuit avec un supplément de 20€ par passage. Il s agit d un grand complexe idéal pour les séminaires situé entre l aéroport et le centre ville. Peu de chose autour de l hôtel. Les chambres sont agréables et grande. Très légèrement bruyante côté voie rapide. Le petit déjeuner est bien garni. Le personnel n est pas toujours disponible et avenant discutant entre eux...

"The lovely gentleman at the front escorted us to our room, and we had a welcome gift of cake! The view was breathtaking and the panorama restaurant on top of the hotel is both delicious and has another beautiful view of Sofia. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. "

"Seems to be a very new place with nice interior designs. Cleanliness needs to improve and some things were strangely worn despite it being a new property."

"The towels need replacing - they were old, frayed and with holes. Please check your minibar upon arrival. I was charged a deposit for the minibar, which I only later noticed was completely empty. Luckily, one of the receptionists kindly refunded the money the same day."
