ороший отдых
В целом все понравилось. Номер чистый, убирают во время. большая и ухоженная территория. Вкусный разнообразный завтрак. Хороший спортивный комплекс. Катается беспилотник от яндекса, можно бесплатно проехаться по территирии.
Но небольшой минус все же был, у нас в номере заедал замок, после уборки уборщица не проверила закрылась ли дверь и по нашему возвращению дверь была нараспашку

Отличный отдых среди недели
Отличное размещение, дуплекс очень уютный и тёплый. Территория большая, есть где погулять на живительности свежем воздухе. Сафари парк отличный, животные довольные.
Плотность населения небольшая, нет толпы (в будни). В выходные не были, не знаем.
Ресторанам нужно подтянуть уровень сервиса и вспомнить про одновременную подачу блюд. Завтрак фантастически хорош!

Отличный отдых во время карантина
Все очень понравилось, жалко что был карантин, поэтому не работал бассейн, но территория, вкусная еда, радушный персонал создают все условия для отдыха₽

Наше любимое место во всем Подмосковье . Хочется выразить благодарность всей команде Изумрудного леса . Здесь все идеально , для нас ! Отдыхаем с семьей регулярно , очень нравится приезжать сюда в будние дни ! Очень прошу , держите планку , которую взяли .

Прекрасное место для единения с природой
Прекрасный отель для спокойного отдыха на природе. Огромная территория леса около 100 гектаров. С декабря электрокары предоставляют только при заселении и выезде, в остальное время рассчитывайте передвигаться по территории пешком, лично для меня это было плюсом. Я проживала в предпоследнем дуплексе-идеальное место для уединения. Шикарный большой спортивный комплекс с большим бассейном, включен в стоимость проживания. Остальные услуги-за отдельную плату. Роскошный завтрак с большим выбором блюд на любой вкус. Особенно хочу отметить интерьер и дизайн всего отеля-очень красивое оформление.
Из минусов:
1. При чек ин администратор перепутала ключи от дуплексов, не дала информации по внутренней связи в отеле, по наличию wifi (пришлось самой узнавать всё позднее), не рассказала о доп услугах.
2. Чересчур навязчивый сервис в ресторане на завтраке.
3. Недостаточно хорошее качество уборки номера-на журнальных столиках и тумбах были следы разлитых напитков, пятна.

Все меняется в худшую сторону! Экономят на всём!
Ездим в этот Отель со дня открытия, но жаль что все меняется только в худшую сторону. Как правило останавливаемся только в дуплексах Делюкс, и за эту зиму столкнулись с такими проблемами: 1. В новых дуплексах (номера 30-39) проблемы с котельной, очень плохо работает отопление в домиках, даже как то дали дом в котором всю ночь было отключено отопление, нас конечно по просьбе переселили, но ночь провести в холодном Доме с ребёнком маленьким....2. В этот раз приехали, нас заселили в дуплекс 33, и дом как обычно не был подготовлен к проживанию, очень холодно, и было просто муравьиное нашествие, 50-60 штук, везде на зубной щётке, в кровати, на столе, на чашках. Я понимаю, что это ЭКО-Отель, но летом встречались муравьи только в единичном экземпляре и в некоторых дуплексах. Речь уже идёт об антисанитарии, и в таких условиях жить с ребёнком не хочется. Жаль, что руководство не заглядывает в дуплексы!!! 3. Мы жили 5 дней, и за это время ни разу не почистили дорожки перед дуплексом и основные дороги которые ведут к испортивному комплексу, т.к.днем шёл дождь, а ночью было морозно, конечно перед дуплексом был каток. В прошлую зиму всегда сыпали дорожки песком, чтобы не было так скользко. Видимо начали экономить на песке и дворниках. Нужно ведь не только строить, но и обслуживать! Заметила, что дорожки чистят до асфальта только вокруг коттеджей. Значит дуплексы нужно снять с продажи, раз вы их не хотите обслуживать! Ещё и отменили передвижение на электрокарах.

Замечательное место для семейного отдыха
Очень хороший отельсделали апгрейд,правда пришлось понервничать...,несмотря на то,что в домике,где мы жили,выключился свет и это был серьезный стресс(маленький ребёнок испугался,и была полная темнота,пока мы на ощупь добрались до телефона...и включили фонарик в айфоневсе остальное очень понравилось-обслуживание территория спацентр,площадки и развлечения доя детей,питание и в целом вся обстановка,вернёмся обязательно...Отель,конечно,мог извиниться за такое ЧП,со светом!но думаю,они исправятся!важнее,чтобы они сделали какой то дежурный фонарик в домиках...

Превосходно с мелкими (но заметными) недостатками
Общие впечатления - незабываемые) Отель хорош, превосходит ожидания. И эко, и один из лучших в МО.
Персонал очень доброжелательный - от водителей до специалистов спа. Спа - хорошее. Уровень 5*, однако мелкие косяки по-прежнему портят впечатление, такие как, напр, недостаточная обученность персонала в спорт-центре или фитнес-центре в части решения проблем Клиентов. А также вопросы перемещения по курорту.
Скорее всего всё временно из-за того, что отель новый и еще не всё отлажено. Здесь могу дать управлению отеля простой совет - девочки на перечисленных ресепшн должны понимать, что если у Клиента нестандартная проблема, то её нужно решать, как свою, а не передавать инициативу Клиенту, а также, что нерешаемых проблем быть не должно.
Наши проблемы были с электрокарами. Гости, имейте ввиду, что курорт состоит из разрозненных корпусов, а территория пешеходная. Новый спорт-центр с бассейном находится очень далеко от корпуса отеля. Если для просто пар - это может быть даже романтично, то для семей с детьми может стать большой проблемой зимой! Почему-то после 21:00 (хотя спорт-центр до 22!) без предупреждения(!) становится невозможным заказ электрокара для семьи с ребенком (приходится ругаться, чтобы решить вопрос). Что в этой связи делать зимой - непонятно. Пока ответа персонал не даёт. Вообще не приезжать?
PS. Бесплатные велосипеды (в т.ч. с детскими креслами) могли бы помочь гостям самостоятельно решать свои проблемы перемещения (особенно когда тепло).

Прекрасный отдых от шумной Москвы
Большая зелёная территория, много мест для прогулок, потрясающий воздух.
Местами идёт стройка, развивают инфраструктуру, но это никак не мешает.
Прекрасные новые номера в главном здании, все новое и современное.
Завтраки неплохие. Но зал неуютный, столы не накрывают.
Сам ресторан с красивым видом на озеро, кормят вкусно. Не хватает ещё кафе на территории.
В выходные много пар с детьми, в будние дни почти никого нет, очень уединенно.
Однозначно вернусь ещё!
