This brand-new hotel close to town was perfect. The rooms are so well appointed, the location was handy, the cleanliness 100%, staff were friendly professional and lovely to deal with. Sione and his team were amazing. My Husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

This hotel is brand new, clean & quiet. My checkout was supposed to be at 11am, however the kind owners allowed me to stay in my air conditioned room for 2 hours more. Very good staff, i will use it again for sure next time i’m passing through Nuku’alufa.

I had such an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Every staff member was so friendly, welcoming, and professional, quick and efficient the housekeeping team. Even when I made last-minute room cleaning requests, they responded so fast and always did an excellent job. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and memorable — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel is immaculately clean. The in room amenities are fantastic, slippers, toothbrushes etc etc. Excellent storage and lighting and big windows. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is spotless and close to billfish bar which is fun and waterfront hotel and restaurant which is nice. We even took advantage of the massage and salon next door which was nice! The walls are a bit thin so we could hear the neighbors tv for a bit but they even provide earplugs which we didn’t need. Would very much recommend this hotel for your stop over here.

スタッフのおもてなしは本当に素晴らしく、丁寧でホスピタリティにあふれていました。部屋間の騒音は気になりましたが、それ以上にサービスが良かったです。タクシーを呼ぶにも困ることはありませんでした。水も4本備えあり、パワーポイントの変換器も付けられていました。お湯も問題なく出ていました。 また利用する機会があればお願いしたいです。

We recently stayed in a Studio apartment and wanted to share some feedback that I hope is helpful for future improvements. The staff were consistently friendly and very helpful, and the location made it easy to get around the island. We really valued the assistance with transfers and the car rental, this made planning days much easier. The laundry room in the unit was handy. There were, a few areas where the experience didn’t quite meet expectations, or match to previous reviews, particularly around the cleanliness. The cleanliness of the kitchen area could be improved, as the cabinets, benchtop and microwave hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The kitchen utensils were also very limited e.g. there was only 1 knife for 2 people, no sharp knives suitable for cutting vegetables (tomatoes) other than a cleaver. A toaster would also be a great addition, especially for European travellers. The detergent tray in the washing machine was caked with old detergent and dirty (we ended up cleaning it ourselves). Most of the appliance instructions were not in English, which made them a bit difficult to use, but we got there so not a biggee but worth knowing. Lastly, the room could benefit from better soundproofing, as noise travelled very easily. Overall, the stay had some lovely aspects, especially thanks to the staff and location. With a few improvements to the kitchen cleanliness, setup and room features, this could be an even more comfortable place for guests.

Coming from the stated, we enjoyed our stay because its a new modern hotel and they have most immensities except no microwave which is a must have… the staff was very nice could be a family own husband wife. What we did not like was their curfew policy for visitors, how nosey the staff is who walks through their tiny lobby area, our shower was leaking outside to the floor which we did tell them, above us every night/early morning possibly a lil child running and maybe the owners live there. We felt as a long stay paying customers we felt like we were being watched … no privacy.
