Excellent location for Hbf, superior double room was a good size & well appointed. Staff were super helpful with a late check-in requirement. Highly recommended!

The hotel has an excellent location and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Very nice property, clean, helpful staff, and very close to main train station. Even has a patio area to hang out with a drink from the bar. I had a room on the top floor and I thought it was a tad too warm that night but I was able to open the windows

Great breakfast with ample choice. This is considered a budget hotel so expect small rooms. Well situated close to old town and train station
Very close to the main train/bus station, shopping, dining, and bier gardens. Breakfast was really good and the lounge was cozy and inviting. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. Great hotel and location.
Clean room, staff was very nice. Excellent location. Walking distance from train station and to the city Centre. Safe and clean area. Breakfast is a bit limited with no made to order eggs. Deli meats also had no chicken option.

Good location by train station and old town. Minimalist small room but had everything needed. Breakfast good. Staff helpful.
Excellent location. Lovely breakfast. Comfortable and clean room. Parking in a public carpark but only a couple of minutes walk away. Would stay again.
Very happy with the hotel. I would stay here again.
Rooms were functional and spotless.
The staff were welcoming and professional.
I also felt safe and secure here.
The hotel is less than five minutes' walk from the train station and central Nuremberg.
There's a Domino's pizza across the street, plus other food places in the train station and city.
The single bed was more like small double. I would have liked a slightly bigger duvet, though.
Also, bear in mind that there is no kettle in the room.
I didn't actually get to stay here because of a system glitch that occurred in August 2024 when I made the reservation- it was in the Expedia system but not the hotel's.
The hotel was fully booked when we arrived and I just wanted to share about the incredible customer service we received. I don't remember the lady's name but she deserves 5 stars.
She was very apologetic, ensured we were kept comfortable with water supplied and made numerous phone calls to find out what had happened and then to find us a room with breakfast, at their partner hotel about 5 minutes away, honouring the same price from the original reservation.
The facilities were as expected and the location is very good. The staff that we met were friendly and helpful but we had a disastrous experience when our room safe failed to open. Our passports were locked away and we had a very early train with a connecting flight to catch. Because the hotel is not staffed at night nobody could help us. The emergency number on the desk connected us with a young man who had no power or authority to wake anyone up who could help with an overriding code or key. We tried every hack on the internet, went up to the local Irish bar at 1am to beg some new batteries and try those in the mechanism. Eventually called the police hoping that they might help. They were extremely kind , came out, tried to open it using similar hints and hacks, and spoke to the emergency contact again (3rd call with him) All he could do was send a message to a maintenance person& hope that he would see it early. Absolutely could not phone anyone! Helpful maintenance man arrived just before 6am- train time. Opened safe with override code. We set off running. Missed our train. Next train broke down before airport, long day of racing, running and trying to make connections. What on earth would happen in the case of a real medical or other emergency ? The procedures for dealing with problems at night are not there. The emergency number was of no use. I will not be recommending this hotel. Time to organise your night cover. Your staff were lovely but not able to help. Dreadful.
Lovely quiet clean room with helpful friendly staff. Quiet room with air conditioning and only a few minutes walk from the main train station and the city centre.
Nice and mostly well designed rooms. Except bed was quite soft. And who has placed the toilet paper holder? It is in a way that sitting on the toilet can be done only slanted. Not very comfortable!
Great location near the train station and close to the main sites.
The front desk let me check in very early, which was appreciated.
The AC works great - so cold! (I used it because opening the windows meant hearing every word of people in the courtyard. I could hear people when the window was closed, too.)
The bed was not especially comfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. (And I'm not especially picky; this is the first time I've commented on beds in a hotel review.) The hotel didn't seem particularly updated.
I didn't get the hotel breakfast; I just walked 3 minutes to the train station, where there were plenty of options. There are nice restaurants around too.
So, not the best maybe, but certainly fine.
