Location: This hotel is very hard to locate, even the locals are unable to find the place. More marketing should be done.
Condition of villa: New but lacks many things, no free coffee/tea, water tasted weird, so we bought our own water. Cheap finishes for the apartment.
Service from reception is helpful but can hardly understand english.
DO NOTE: There was NO security guard/reception when we came back at about 9pm. Which we were pretty scared, as it was like in the middle of nowhere.
Pool was not maintained, not cleaned and slightly milky.
Positive Points: its a peacefully environment and small pool, if planning to stay in villa and rest and not go out this is the place. Else, good luck!

5. Area kolam renang gelap jika malam hari.ada lampu tapi sangat2 kecil (tidak berasa ada lampu)
6. Breakfast SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN, Bellevue dikelola oleh Horison, seharusnya breakfast lebih diperhatikan, pilihan makanan yg minim, breakfast bukan buffet (diberikan per porsi , dan porsinya sangat sedikit sekali dan rasanya kurang enak)
7. Minuman pilihan saya katanya sudah habis.jadi diberikan orange juice, terlebih minuman yang telah kami pilih jg tidak diberikan di hari kedua.
8. Keamanan diragukan (pintu gerbang masuk tidak terdapat security) jadi siapapun dapat masuk scr bebas

It did not look a thing like the photos listed.
First off... check in no one took us to our room to show us the suite.
They requested we fill out our breakfast requests and asked what time we wanted breakfast brought over for...
we waited two hours.. called the front desk and then they brought us 1 without any beverage (which had been requested as they asked) ... the second morning the exact same thing happened and they pretended like they didn’t speak English or understood what our concerns were.
The floors were torn to shreds, the bathroom was covered in mold to the point where I had to shower in my shoes bc I was grossed out to stand in it bare foot, there were open drains all over the bathroom with bugs coming out, the pool had a gross film so we could not even swim In it ... the AC unit was leaking water all over the floors, and there was a shattered wall along side the pool that completely disturbed the view of the plants.
I have photos to share none of this is an exaggeration.
We were completly lied too in terms of what we’re getting when we booked this villa. We stayed at two others booked through Expedia and have nothing but wonderful things to say.

Terrible
Don't be fooled by the photos. I wanted to splurge for a nice place for my wife and I to spend our last few nights in Bali, but was very disappointed. The rooms are barely ok. The bathroom stinks. Bad vibes from some of the staff. The general aura of the place is dark and spooky. There are many better places to stay for a fraction of the price. Learn from my mistake don't waste your money.

no where near beach, cleanliness 0, Food dirty
Cleanliness 0 , No towels washed , bathroom dirty , kitchen utensil very dirty, Staff cant communicate,
Kitchen where they cook breakfast is very low standard with no food hygiene. Only thing good is the pool in the villa. Staff with no uniforms

Worst Hotel ever.
Booked this hotel for 7 night stay. Stayed an hour and walked away to another hotel. Room is barely OK but other facilities are disgusting. The place is rotting and falling apart. The pool has a milky murky look. Lunch was prepared cold, did not eat. Do not waste your time with this hotel. They do not refund either. Pictures on Web do not do justice.
Everything was nice about this villa, really nice staff, good views, really quite, good service, very good breakfast..
The only problem we had might be that the lightning of the villa was not that good.

Nice pool
Very nice and clean private pool.
Dirty toilet, algae at the drain area, toilet poorly maintained. bath tub was too dirty to be used. Very poorly maintain in the bathroom.
Got a room at the end which couldn't connect to free wifi at all.
Breakfast can be requested to be delivered to the room which was great.
Room and toilet is too dark.
Overall great except for the toilet and bathtub which was disappointing.
Location was alright for me, close to Bali collection. 30mins away from airport and kuta area. Just a very far distance from Ubud and uluwatu.

Very new hotel
It is newly opened, hence, the room was very clean and new. If you do not speak Indonesian, rather not to stay this hotel. No one speaks English, only short words. I had asked to pick us up to the airport by email 3 times, but received no response from them, tried to call them, but no one had responded my call even though I tried couple of times. The hotel is new, taxi drivers do not know the location of the hotel, therefore, they tried to call receptions. No one picked up the phone, when we reached to the hotel, the stuff told us they all were at the kitchen area with smiles. I understand that stuffs are very gentle and kind, but too ignorant how to behave to customers. They all need to be trained professionals. The breakfast was the poorest breakfast I have ever taken at the hotels of 4 stars. They do not have room service or restaurants, even though its location is far from center of Nusa Dua Area. We had serious problem of taking dinner.
