Old and outdated rooms. Rooms too far away from pool, beach, Lobby etc. Spa too expensive, Spa products inferior quality. Pool and beach staff extremely rude especially the towel providers. For Cabana they want us to reserve in advance and ask for IDR 1M spent. All just about collecting money, no service standards. Food very expensive!

Every request took two to three times to be completed. On my last day it took FOUR (4) calls and about three hours (!) to the front desk to have a copy of my bill; I was checking out at 4:30am and wanted to review prior to departure. The wait staff by the "quiet" pool were great! The bellman area were a constant dis-appointment. I will state that the cost of dining and drinking at the hotel were very favorable. And, finally, while my guest room was "ok" you can tell it's in need of a renovation or at least an update.

We had a comfortable, pleasant, and quiet stay. The reception responded promptly to inquiries from the guest room and were very helpful throughout. The bathtub leaked hot water easily, which was a bit of a downside, but everything else was excellent. Thank you.

The property was very well maintained and the pools and surrounding areas were great, the apartments were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only downside to this property was the fact that the food and drinks were very expensive!

ホテル前のビーチは遠浅の珊瑚礁で、透明度が大変高かったです。干潮時には小魚はもちろん生きたサンゴやウツボの赤ちゃん、カニ、タコのように動くヒトデなど生き物の宝庫でした。砂浜も大変綺麗に整備されてて、子供連れでも日本の磯より安心して遊ばせられます。(ただしマリンシューズは必須) プールは広々していて、ビーチチェアが無い！なんて事はありません。ただ、お昼時はプールサイドのレストランがてんてこ舞いで、プールサイドで食べ物オーダーすると待ち時間が1時間近くかかる場合があり、オーダー取りに回ってる店員さんが申し訳なさそうにしてました。プールサイドでの食事は早めオーダーをお勧めします。 施設の管理や従業員の方達の対応は大変素晴らしかったのですが、ホテルの周りで徒歩で出かけられる場所はバリコレクション１択な感じです。全てにおいて事足りる場所ではありますが、現地スーパーより価格はかなり高い設定ですので、ばらまき用のお土産や現地の様子を見たい場合は、迷わずタクシー使ってお出掛けをお勧めします。 部屋も広々としてましたので、総じて小さな子供連れには最適なホテルのように感じました。

Die Anlage liegt im "abgesperrten" Bereich von Nusa Dua. Kein Müll, kein Verkehr abgesehen von den Taxen. Quasi das Gegenteil von der übrigen Insel. Das Hotel und das Grundstück sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Überall viel Personal. Sie sind alle äußerste freundlich und höflich - auch wenn nicht immer 100% professionell. Wenn zu einem günstigen Preis zu bekommen, können wir den "Grand Club Access" empfehlen. Damit kann man in einem wunderschönen und ruhigen Bereich frühstücken und zwischen 17 - 19 Uhr Snacken - was eigentlich einem Abendessen gleichkommt. Die Speisen sind abwechslungsreich und von hoher Qualität. Dazu kann man auch Cocktails bestellen, die aber etwas zu wässrig sind. Mit dem Grand Club Access wohnt man auch im ruhigeren East Village mit separatem Pool. Für Menschen die ruhe wollen ein klare Empfehlung. Reisende mit Kindern sollten eher in der Nähe des großen Pools wohnen. Zum Ozean ist es auch nicht weit. Sowohl am Pool als auch am Strand gibts genug Liegen für alle - obwohl manche Gäste gerne mal die besten Plätze reservieren. Es gibt auch Service am Pool bzw. am Strand. Der ist aber recht langsam, insbesondere am Strand (manchmal gar nicht verfügbar) und das Essen kommt in der Regel nur lauwarm an. Die Restaurants sind gut, aber nicht überragend. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist OK. Aber für balinesische Verhältnisse unermesslich teuer. Preise wie in DE vor Corona. Größtes Manko: Die Zimmer riechen leider nach Keller und sind alt.

We needed a place to unwind at the end of our hectic trip, and Grand Hyatt was just right. Reasonably priced 5-star resort, a bit dated but well maintained. Lovely quiet beach. Large and beautiful grounds.
