"Great place to stay for family with or without kids. The pool villa was one of the best villa we stayed in SouthEast Asia. They did have some construction going either with its hotel expansion or with new hotel construction nearby, but it did not really bother us too much during our stay, e.g. noise, dust, etc. We did have an incident & some security issues, but the hotel strived to rectify the situation. Many thanks to Ms Sumerti who went above & beyond to make us feel accommodated. More CCTVs installed in the pool villas and its exclusive property is recommended. Overall, fantastic stay with things always more than sufficiently provided, e.g. water, towels, snacks & deserts, mosquito repellent, amenities, etc"

"I loved every part of my stay here food people and location was top class I’m definitely coming back the only thing I will do differently next time is book a room on a higher floor I was feeling a little below ground level I must say this is most likely my fault for not looking at the location of my room prior to booking ! As I said my fault next time I’m going to get one of the rooms with swimming pool access from the balcony … can’t wait thanks for a great time we loved Bali"

"Very nice choice for the Nusa Dua hotel zone. The rooms are big, with a very confortable bed and a nice bathroom (but who had the idea to separate the room in 2 parts with 2 steps ;-) ?). I enjoyed the 2 restaurants, and I recommend the fantastic Bali lobster at Arwana, even if it's a little bit expensive. Breakfast had many choices, including smoothies. Bars are also very nice, Best part of the resort : the staff. Everybody is smiling, ready to help you and to make your stay a memorable one."

"Lovely stay with the Conrad. This is a very well maintained property with decent sized rooms and lovely grounds. Food was great with a decent breakfast buffet and restaurants. It has very helpful and friendly staff and you were really made to feel welcome."

"An amazing resort for families - everything was in easy reach and staff were very accomodating. The free shuttle to the Bali Collection and beach were handy, as were all the restaurants on the door step of the resort. We have already booked another stay! 😊"

"We had a lovely time there All the staff were courteous and professional The place is amazing breakfast buffet is delicious We had no problem drinking the bottle water provided by them They use glass bottle water which is so much better than plastic bottle water Watching the sunrise from their rooftop balcony is spectacular"
