Overall, the property stay was great. Beds were comfortable enough. The AC could have been more powerful, but still, it did the job. The room was big enough for our needs. The bathroom was good, however, we couldn’t figure out how to run just the rainfall shower and not the detachable head, so the shower would fill up too quickly and almost flood the bathroom. Not sure if that was a user error or not. The bathroom also had a really strong fragrance smell, which wasn’t bad, but just super strong that it gave us a slight headache on the first day. The dining option at The Roost was okay but not out of this world - the area is very resort like, so there are a handful of options in the area, but if you want more selection, you’ll need to scooter or cab out. They have a breakfast option for 150,000 - we didn’t eat there but we checked out the options and it seemed plentiful. Lastly, the staff were wonderful and catered to our every need. We would come back again just for them!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und modernes Hotel, mit gemütlichen Betten, in ruhiger Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine reichhaltige Auswahl. Der Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Zudem ist dieser wunderschön. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Nähe sind kommen wir wieder vorbei. Liebe Grüsse aus Bonn

Great value for the money. This hotel should receive more stars than it currently has. So clean and perfectly being maintained. The service of the staff is impeccable. The variety of its breakfast is superb. The only thing that can be improved is perhaps the blurry glass at the infinity pool that should be thoroughly treated.

A little old and it doesn’t have a resort feel. It’s a smaller hotel. The rooftop swimming pool is a half size Olympic pool. We got the suite which had a terrific bathroom in very nice condition. it’s only a short hop to the shopping and dining plaza. Staff were friendly and helpful

Hotel is true to their pictures and rating. Really lovely staff, nicely appointed rooms. I did not use the pool or additional facilities so cannot comment on anything else.

Service was simply outstanding! Every sungle employee that i encountered was helpful, well-mannered, and accommodating. But the general manager--I simply don't have the words to describe how he went out of his way to make his guests happy! Property is beautiful, rooms are spacious and well-furnished. I felt pampered.

A good hotel
Great staff, good pool, the room was kept clean, and is spacious. The bathroom has no window, only forced ventilation (something common nowadays, I know, but it makes it harder to deal with moisture and it's smells). There's free reposition of water in the fitroom. About the restaurant, one night we went to the restaurant to eat the advertised Brazilian BBQ but, as a brazilian, I was disappointed since it didn' t get even close to the real thing.

We arrived as Visitors, stayed as Guests and left as Family. The management and staff of our Nest simply DO IT THE RIGHT WAY. Without detail, we experienced horrific treatment by an airline and were delayed 24 hours getting out. One phone call: the Nest sent a driver immediately and welcomed us Home. Where, in 2023, can you get HUGS from staff as you enter or leave a hotel ? One answer: The Nest ! Love to All. E & R

This resort was extremely clean and had a great atmosphere. The rooftop restaurant “The Roost” had a great view and the food was fantastic. The rooms were modern and comfortable and the humidity was extremely low compared to the other hotels. The only downsides were the service at the restaurant was a bit slow for my liking. You had to seek them out or make eye contact with them. They also did not have in house laundry. It was outsourced. I would definitely stay here again.

Great rooms and place to stay. Staffs were very friendly and the hotel has free shuttle running every 1 - 2 hrs to Bali collection in Nusa Dua which was very convenient. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Will reconsider staying at this place in future

the rooftop pool and gazebo is nice with glorious panoramic view of Nusa Dua. Rooms are good but tv reception was a bit on an off, possibly due to weather. The room service menu was a bit thin on western options. All said it was a good stay at a great price in march for the quality of the hotel

Good for business trip for a fair price
Is a business hotel a little far from the beach on a noisy corner. I guess for a business stay is a good place for a fair price. But sure for s couple balinese Traveller not what you Need. But the rooms are nice, but you hear every word from your neighbours. Nice is the pool on the top.

The breakfast was the best I've experienced at any hotel. Always a new menu everyday for the hot food, and the desserts. The Gym is ok 20kg dumbbells max, no lat pulldown or leg machines. Probably skip leg day ;) I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay
Everything was excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and feel they really care. My room was delightful . Massive king size bed . Balcony on the topdeck with the pool was so well laid out with a great view. I didn't have the buffet dinner but I will be back to try it on a Wednesday night

Great but could’ve been better
Our stay was great but it could’ve been better if their Spa was open till night. The people were wonderful, the whole place was clean, they had different buffet breakfast everyday. After a long day going around Bali, it would’ve been great to come home and relax in their Spa. Too bad their spa hours are from 10am-6pm only! Hope they could fix this. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time at The Nest!

Lovely hotel- very comfortable bed
A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful pool and rooftop bar. The room was very comfortable with an amazing bed! The hotel also organised a very good driver for us to go to Uluwatu temple which was great.

The location was very close to the beach, the staff were very friendly and helpful (remembering your name). The room was amazing, I would def come back here again !

Pretty good hotel overall
Decent stay, caught a few bugs but not too bad. No mosquitoes. Welcome drink was nice but that’s customary in all of Bali. Breakfast buffet was decent, there’s an egg station with a cook who will make you whatever kind of egg you’d like. Spacious room and bathroom.
