"Spa only had 3 or 4 loungers which was disappointing as chairs and table on other side was not easy to access. Sauna and steam room small but okay. Outside lounge area was nice for pastries and coffee.
Breakfast is good had a great variety. Serve was friendly but not intrusive which made up for the rest. Loved my buttermilk pancakes, bacon and syrup!
Dining after the spa was a big disappointment though as there's not much choice and we weren't able to order after 830pm as kitchens seem to...

"Situated on the ground floor during a heatwave wasn’t great. We were left wondering if all the rooms in the hotel were full and perhaps they could have located us in a room with a window that opened.
The young man who served us for the evening meal was very attentive and very polite which was nice to see. Not so the staff at breakfast."

"The exterior of the building is wonderful along with the grounds. The interior however is extremely run down and our first room
We were given smelt damp and had to be moved to a better room but still then extremely basic and cleaning standard not great. Not helped also by the fact they only offer housekeeping every 3 days.
Hotel with huge potential but not being looked after and requires urgent attention would not recommend anyone to stay there"

"Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was lovely and spacious, immaculately clean, super comfy bed, great shower and lovely toiletries and robes. Food delicious too. Can't fault it...excellent all round"
