"Got there at 2am no one was around was tired had to go knocking on doors. Twice came back to room 7 pm after leaving 5 am room not made up and left over room service still in room . For the price I thought it was terrible experience. Won’t be staying again"

"The room was amazing with great views of Diamond Head and a glimpse of the ocean. Staff did a great job and were very attentive, with free beach chairs and towels being a HUGE plus. The park across the street was also very nice for early morning walks. Only negatives would be that the beach access was not quite what we were expecting (limited and not super clean feeling) and the cost for parking was much higher than necessary. Be sure to factor the parking costs and resort fees into your choice...

"The staff and service was great!! Had. Few bumps in the beginning but we had a very good smooth ending!! Thanks to Kianna at the front desk to greet us with a smile for to change the air in any room. Also another fmamile with a perfectly timed can of cookies. Thank you to everyone at the hotel I fig of t to mention ! Duke, waiting at the entrance and Carlos at the poolside. Always felt welcomed and at ease...... Arigato from Victoria, B. C. Canada,!!!!!"

"The room was clean and everyone was so helpful. The bathroom is a little tight for 4 people staying in the room, and the shower is super tiny. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"We like everything it was very clean room , the staff was very kind and polite in all shifts , breakfast the three days always was fresh, healthy and the cafeteria was very clean, they have free fresh coffee and tea 24 hours….. love the parking space close to the entrance and not extra charge, also they have three elevators .definitely I’ll be back again to stay in my next vacation."
