"The rooms were clean, the view was amazing, and the family loved the infinity pool. Although not overly large, the whole pool area was fantastic, with the atmosphere and harbour view being the highlights. Even the external viewing elevators were fun. We enjoyed the location at the end of the beach, close to the park, and transportation access with Uber was easy, and we could walk anywhere. Staff were kind, attentive, and always willing to help. "Perfect location! So many shops and dining options just downstairs from your room! We loved the beach and lagoon areas. The swimming pools looked amazing (but crowded). My only complaint is that the beach rental employees were kind of rude. Also, like many people say: keep all of your receipts and check your final invoice for unauthorized charges to your room. Overall, I would love to stay here again and would recommend!!"

"Great staff at front desk: helpful with securing an extra night's stay because of hurricane, excellent with bus directions and how to top up my HOLO public transportation card, perfect with procuring a taxi to Pier for the cruise!!!!! Perfectly cleaned establishment! Wonderful doing laundry in-house! I a million years would stay again and again and again! Central to all buslines for all things I needed north, south, east, and west in Honolulu!"

"This was our 3rd time staying at the Hyatt Regency. We unfortunately went at the time LaLa decided to roll through. It wasn’t too bad, just some wind and rain for Saturday night and into Sunday. By Monday it was back to normal. The staff handled the situation flawlessly even with some calling out due to the storm. If there was one complaint it would be the elevator wait time down in the lobby. But honestly it’s not too bad. Who can complain when you’re in Hawaii anyways! This place will always...
